Solitary fibrous tumors of the liver are uncommon. First reported in the pleura, this tumor has also been reported in other locations both within and outside the thorax. It rarely affects the liver parenchyma. The clinical, radiological, and immunohistochemical findings characterize the lesion and distinguish it from other tumors with a similar appearance. We present the case of a solitary fibrous tumor in the liver; we place special emphasis on the findings at ultrasonography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. Finally, we review the literature.
肝脏孤立性纤维瘤并不常见。该肿瘤首次报道于胸膜，也有报道称其发生于胸部内外的其他部位。它很少累及肝实质。临床、放射学及免疫组化检查结果可对该病变进行特征性描述，并将其与其他外观相似的肿瘤区分开来。我们报告了一例肝脏孤立性纤维瘤病例；特别强调了超声、计算机断层扫描及磁共振成像的检查结果。最后，我们对相关文献进行了综述。
