Different techniques applied for one-stage urethroplasty were compared with reference to complications. We followed up 48 patients operated on for bulbous or penile strictures caused by inflammation or by urethral irritation following endoscopic manipulation or catheterization. The techniques compared were end-to-end anastomosis, pedicled scrotal skin patch, penile/preputial island flap, free penile skin, free full-thickness skin patch. With pedicled scrotal skin patches there was a 60% complication rate, while after penile island flap technique complications occurred only in 13%. Scrotal skin should no longer be used for urethroplasties if penile skin is available.
对一期尿道成形术应用的不同技术进行了并发症方面的比较。我们对48例因炎症或内镜操作或导尿后尿道刺激引起的球部或阴茎狭窄而接受手术的患者进行了随访。比较的技术包括端端吻合术、带蒂阴囊皮瓣、阴茎/包皮岛状皮瓣、游离阴茎皮肤、游离全厚皮瓣。带蒂阴囊皮瓣的并发症发生率为60%，而阴茎岛状皮瓣技术术后并发症仅发生在13%。如果有阴茎皮肤可用，阴囊皮肤不应再用于尿道成形术。
