Abstract
A detailed description of anterior hypospadias associated with complete and normally developed prepuce is presented. The anatomical characteristics of this deformity differ considerably from those associated with classical hypospadias. A proposed surgical repair, which combines both reconstruction of glanular urethra and neomeatus with circumcision, is also presented.
