Abstract

We describe a case of a massive right atrial myxoma, causing right ventricular inflow obstruction. The tumor was detected by echocardiography and resected along with a section of the tricuspid septal leaflet, followed by primary repair, resulting in relief of her symptoms.

我们描述了一例巨大右心房黏液瘤导致右心室流入道梗阻的病例。该肿瘤通过超声心动图检测到，并连同三尖瓣隔叶的一部分一并切除，随后进行一期修复，患者症状得以缓解。
