Abstract

The content of 17 individual amino acids contained in nitrogen-organic matter of poultry dung was being studied in the course of the dung conversion into biogas. The concentration of organic matter and ammonium ions had no effect on the rate of the amino acid conversion, but influenced the decomposition and accumulation of individual amino acids. The intensive de novo synthesis of some amino acids was observed during methane generation of poultry dung.

在禽粪转化为沼气的过程中,对禽粪含氮有机物中17种单个氨基酸的含量进行了研究。有机物和铵离子的浓度对氨基酸的转化速率没有影响,但会影响单个氨基酸的分解和积累。在禽粪产生甲烷的过程中,观察到一些氨基酸的从头合成活跃。
