Based on the theory that algal chlorophyll mainly absorbs red and blue light in the visual light, the effect of LED's red/blue light on the growth characteristic and lipid production of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 was studied. Under the same light intensity about 1400 lx, the specific growth rate of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 with LED (light emitting diode)'s red, blue and red-blue light are higher than that with normal white light by 15.8%, 13.2% and 18.4%, respectively. The algal density and population growth rate are also obviously higher than the ones with white light; among the three kinds of LED red/blue light, Scenedesmus sp. LX1 grows the fastest with red-blue light. On day 4.5 of cultivation, the algal density and population growth rate with LED's red-blue light is as highest as 2.7 and 3 times as that with white light, indicating the higher utilization efficiency of LED' s red/blue light and the enhancing effect on Scenedesmus sp. LX1's growth. With white light, LED's red, blue and red-blue light, the total lipid productivity of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 after 17 d of cultivation is 0.27 g x L(-1), 0.34 g x L(-1), 0.31 g x L(-1) and 0.28 g x L(-1), respectively; and the lipid content (dry weight) is 43.3%, 39.5%, 36.3% and 30.1%, respectively. Thus, with LED's red/blue light, the lipid content of Scenedesmus sp. LXI is a little lower while the growth is enhanced; however, the total lipid productivity is still relatively higher than that with white light.
基于藻类叶绿素主要吸收可见光中的红光和蓝光这一理论,研究了发光二极管(LED)的红/蓝光对斜生栅藻LX1生长特性及脂质产生的影响。在相同光照强度约1400勒克斯下,采用LED的红光、蓝光和红蓝光时斜生栅藻LX1的比生长速率分别比采用普通白光时高15.8%、13.2%和18.4%。藻细胞密度和群体生长速率也明显高于白光组;在三种LED红/蓝光中,斜生栅藻LX1在红蓝光下生长最快。培养4.5天时,采用LED红蓝光时的藻细胞密度和群体生长速率分别高达白光组的2.7倍和3倍,表明LED红/蓝光利用效率更高,对斜生栅藻LX1生长有促进作用。采用白光、LED的红光、蓝光和红蓝光时,培养17天后斜生栅藻LX1的总脂质生产率分别为0.27克·升⁻¹、0.34克·升⁻¹、0.31克·升⁻¹和0.28克·升⁻¹;脂质含量(干重)分别为43.3%、39.5%、36.3%和30.1%。因此,采用LED红/蓝光时,斜生栅藻LX1的脂质含量略低,但生长得到增强;然而,总脂质生产率仍相对高于白光组。
