To prepare flexible proanthocyanidins nanoliposomes, and explore the in vitro release behavior of proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes and general nanoliposomes.
Flexible proanthoeyanidins nanoliposomes were prepared proanthocyanidins using a film dispersion method, characterized by transmission electron microscope, and the in vitro release action was studied in different dissolution mediums using dynamic dialyse method with the content of total phenol as index.
The in vitro release of both proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes and general nanoliposomes were in accordance with Weibull distribution.
Proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes without pressure had similar in vitro release behavior with general nanoliposomes.
制备柔性原花青素纳米脂质体,探讨原花青素柔性纳米脂质体和普通纳米脂质体的体外释放行为。
采用薄膜分散法制备原花青素柔性纳米脂质体,用透射电子显微镜进行表征,并以总酚含量为指标,采用动态透析法在不同溶出介质中研究其体外释放行为。
原花青素柔性纳米脂质体和普通纳米脂质体的体外释放均符合威布尔分布。
无压力的原花青素柔性纳米脂质体与普通纳米脂质体具有相似的体外释放行为。
