Abstract
At the Pierre Janet Hospital Centre in Hull, Québec, a multidisciplinary team of specialists--including an assistant head nurse--works with seriously troubled teenagers, helping them to define their place in society and to take responsibility for their own lives. The article describes this innovative "adopsychiatry" program, its mission, philosophy, client profile, the team in action, as well as the range of services offered.
