In 2908 patients cured of focal pulmonary tuberculosis recurrences developed in high and was 35.6% in relation to all cases of recurrences revealed in clinical cure of 2.9%. The proportion of recurrences in patients cured of focal tuberculosis was rather the remaining forms of tuberculosis. The frequency of recurrences in patients with focal tuberculosis depended primarily on the quality of treatment during the main course of chemotherapy, residual changes, presence of concomitant diseases.
在2908例局灶性肺结核治愈患者中，复发率较高，相对于所有临床治愈病例中的复发情况，复发率为35.6%，而临床治愈率为2.9%。局灶性肺结核治愈患者的复发比例相对于其他类型的肺结核而言较高。局灶性肺结核患者的复发频率主要取决于化疗主要疗程期间的治疗质量、残留病变以及合并症的存在情况。
