A four-year prophylactic screening of 7076 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis revealed recurrences in 3.3% of cases. The proportion of recurrences was highest in patients with an inadequate main course of chemotherapy and aggravating factors in 35.7%. The frequency of recurrences in clinically cured cases depended on the adequacy of the main course of chemotherapy, residual changes and their association with aggravating factors.
对7076例肺结核患者进行的为期四年的预防性筛查显示，复发率为3.3%。复发比例在化疗主疗程不充分且存在加重因素的患者中最高，为35.7%。临床治愈病例的复发频率取决于化疗主疗程的充分性、残留病变及其与加重因素的关联。
