Abstract

Although invasive thymoma commonly infiltrates mediastinal structures, intracardiac extension from intracaval growth is rare. We present a case of invasive thymoma with intravascular invasion of the superior vena cava extending into the right atrium.

虽然侵袭性胸腺瘤通常会浸润纵隔结构，但经腔静脉内生长而导致的心内扩展却很罕见。我们报告一例侵袭性胸腺瘤，其伴有上腔静脉血管内侵犯并延伸至右心房。
