Adrenal oncocytoma is a very rare lesion, non functioning and benignin most cases. Only 46 cases have been reported in the medical literature.
This study aimed to report a new case of adrenal oncocytic tumor with uncertain malignant potential.
A 72 year-old- man, consulted for renal fossa pain. Ultrasonography and omputed tomography scan revealed a large mass in the right adrenal gland with extension to the right kidney. A right adrenalectomy and nephrectomy was performed. The diagnosis of adrenal oncocytoma with malignant potential was confirmed by pathology. Patient had a well recovery and left hospital on the fifth day post operatively. He was followed up for 8 months, no tumor recurrence detected.
Adreno cortical oncocytoma is a rare tumor. The majority of reported cases had good prognosis.

本研究旨在报告一例具有不确定恶性潜能的肾上腺嗜酸性肿瘤新病例。
一名72岁男性因肾窝疼痛就诊。超声和计算机断层扫描显示右肾上腺有一个大肿块，并延伸至右肾。行右肾上腺切除术和肾切除术。病理证实为具有恶性潜能的肾上腺嗜酸性细胞瘤。患者恢复良好，术后第5天出院。随访8个月，未发现肿瘤复发。
肾上腺皮质嗜酸性细胞瘤是一种罕见肿瘤。大多数报道病例预后良好。
