Nano-bentonite with novel nano-wire morphology has been fabricated by a sonochemical method in different ultrasound powers, times and concentrations. The nano-bentonite was characterized by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetry analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and infrared spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed that using ultrasound irradiation led to a bentonite nanostructure. The surface area of the bulk and nano-bentonite was determined by BET.
新型纳米线形态的纳米膨润土通过超声化学法在不同的超声功率、时间和浓度下制备而成。纳米膨润土通过 X 射线荧光分析(XRF)、X 射线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、差热分析(DTA)和红外光谱进行了表征。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明,超声辐射导致膨润土形成纳米结构。通过 BET 法测定了块状和纳米膨润土的表面积。
