Pancreatoscopy by the new mother-baby-endoscopy-system is an effective and safe diagnostic technique. Before the pancreatic duct can be entered by the pancreatoscope (diameter 3.2 mm), a sphincterotomy of the pancreatic sphincter must be performed. In 11 of 13 cases, the macroscopic and cytologic or histologic diagnosis respectively could be made. Main indications for this technique are intraductally localized lesions, where endoscopically guided cytology or histology can clarify the dignity of the lesion.
采用新型母婴内镜系统进行胰管镜检查是一种有效且安全的诊断技术。在胰管镜（直径3.2毫米）进入胰管之前，必须先进行胰括约肌切开术。在13例病例中的11例中，分别做出了宏观诊断以及细胞学或组织学诊断。该技术的主要适应证是导管内局限性病变，在此类病变中，内镜引导下的细胞学或组织学检查能够明确病变的性质。
