Abstract
A possible late sequel of gastric surgery is the formation of a phytobezoar in stomach. The phytobezoar can undergo fragmentation and the fragments can migrate causing obstructions. We present a case of proximal migration and esophageal obstruction. Surgical treatment was needed. We analyze the causes which produce this disorder and current therapeutic measures. The literature is reviewed.

胃手术可能出现的晚期后遗症是胃内形成植物性胃石。植物性胃石可发生碎裂，碎片可迁移并导致梗阻。我们报告一例植物性胃石近端迁移并导致食管梗阻的病例。需要进行手术治疗。我们分析了导致这种病症的原因及当前的治疗措施，并对相关文献进行了综述。
