Abstract
The effect of topical PUVA was investigated in the treatment of patients with persistent palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP). In this double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 27 patients with PPP there was an overall improvement of the hands and feet in both the active and placebo-treated areas and little difference between them.

研究了外用补骨脂素加长波紫外线（PUVA）治疗持续性掌跖脓疱病（PPP）患者的效果。在这项针对27例PPP患者的双盲、安慰剂对照试验中，治疗组和安慰剂治疗组的手足部位均有整体改善，且两组之间差异不大。
