Pheochromocytoma is known as a rare tumor present at the urinary bladder. Up to 1988, 145 cases had been reported in literature and 32 cases in our country. Most of them are case reports. 7 cases were collected in this series among 2065 bladder tumors and were studied with light and electron microscopy as well as immunohistochemical staining. According to the clinical features, 5 of them were non-functional tumors. Causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed in these cases. Their histological differential diagnoses are discussed.
