A rare case of large idiopathic gingival fibromatosis of right maxilla and mandible with extensive osseous destruction is presented. Following examination and definitive diagnosis the patient was treated by gingivectomy and tooth extraction. A denture was substituted at a subsequent time. The patient has been followed for a period of 1 year with satisfactory results.
本文报告一例罕见的右侧上颌骨和下颌骨特发性牙龈纤维瘤病伴广泛骨质破坏的病例。经过检查和明确诊断后，患者接受了牙龈切除术和拔牙治疗。随后佩戴了假牙。对该患者进行了为期1年的随访，结果令人满意。
