We present here a glomerulonephritis in a patient with dermatomyositis, Sjögren's syndrome and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Glomerulonephritides are rarely described in dermatomyositis and Sjögren's syndrome. Glomerular histology is variable. Nephrotic syndrome and renal failure are not frequent. Moderate doses of corticosteroids produce a rapid improvement.
我们在此报告一例患有皮肌炎、干燥综合征和桥本甲状腺炎的患者出现肾小球肾炎。皮肌炎和干燥综合征中很少描述有肾小球肾炎。肾小球组织学表现多样。肾病综合征和肾衰竭并不常见。中等剂量的皮质类固醇可使病情迅速改善。
