Abstract
The authors present the case of a 35 year old woman with the very rare previous symptom of lymphogranulomatosis maligna in the nasopharyngeal area. Also, they present some difficulties occurred in the medical diagnosis as well as in the histopathological recognition.

作者报告了一例35岁女性病例，该患者曾出现极为罕见的鼻咽部恶性淋巴肉芽肿症状。此外，他们还介绍了在医学诊断以及组织病理学识别过程中遇到的一些困难。
