A case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is presented. Ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations demonstrated a large cystic tumor with solid excrescences. Angiographic examination demonstrated an avascular area with small areas of faint blush. It must be borne in mind that mucinous cystadenocarcinoma originating from the retroperitoneum can occur, although it is very rare.
本文报告一例原发性腹膜后黏液性囊腺癌。超声（US）、计算机断层扫描（CT）和磁共振成像（MRI）检查显示一个伴有实性赘生物的大囊性肿瘤。血管造影检查显示一个无血管区伴有小片淡染区。必须记住，起源于腹膜后的黏液性囊腺癌虽然非常罕见，但仍可发生。
