The teratocarcinoma are congenital tumors which tissues derivate of the three embryological layers. Rare in head and neck become exceptional in paranasal sinuses. The paper deals with a teratocarcinoma sitting in the ethmoidal labyrinth. It is the first documented instance from Venezuela. The world literature on this subject is sparse.
畸胎癌是一种先天性肿瘤，其组织来源于三个胚胎层。在头颈部较为罕见，在鼻窦中则更为罕见。本文报道了一例位于筛窦迷路的畸胎癌。这是委内瑞拉首例有文献记载的病例。关于这一主题的世界文献较为稀少。
