The rheologic blood properties were studied in patients with acute venous thrombosis during Arvin therapy. A marked correcting effect of the agent in removing the hemorheological disorders was demonstrated. It was found that the action of Arvin, linked with reduction of fibrinogen concentration, is attended by a decrease of blood viscosity, diminished aggregation of blood formed elements, and improvement of the functional condition of the microcirculatory bed during the whole course of treatment. The duration of the positive hemorheological effect of Arvin exceeds that in treatment by a complex of antithrombotic agents.
对急性静脉血栓形成患者在使用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗期间的血液流变学特性进行了研究。结果表明该药物在消除血液流变学紊乱方面具有显著的纠正作用。研究发现，蝮蛇抗栓酶的作用与纤维蛋白原浓度降低有关，在整个治疗过程中伴随着血液粘度降低、血液有形成分聚集减少以及微循环床功能状态改善。蝮蛇抗栓酶血液流变学阳性效应的持续时间超过了抗血栓药物复合物治疗的持续时间。
