Abstract

The stereotactic aqua stream and aspirator is modified from the aqua stream and aspirator for stereotactic evacuation of intracerebral hematoma. The newly designed needles were adapted to Leksell, Patil, Komai and Sugita stereotactic equipment. The new device was used in 14 cases with intracerebral hematoma. The tips of the needles were stereotactically inserted into the center of the hematoma cavities. The ratios of evacuated hematoma against hematoma content varied from 73 to 98%, averaging 87.2%. Hematomas could be satisfactorily and safely evacuated at any stage. Cerebral perfusion pressure was increased by 20 mm Hg during surgery.

立体定向水流吸引器是由用于立体定向清除脑内血肿的水流吸引器改良而来。新设计的针适配于Leksell、Patil、Komai和Sugita立体定向设备。该新设备用于14例脑内血肿患者。针的尖端通过立体定向插入血肿腔的中心。清除的血肿与血肿总量的比例在73%至98%之间,平均为87.2%。在任何阶段,血肿都能得到满意且安全的清除。手术期间脑灌注压升高了20毫米汞柱。
