The state of the liver was studied on the 3, 7 and 14 day from the beginning of infarction in 32 cases of extensive acute myocardial infarction. It is shown that in acute myocardial infarction the liver shows simultaneously dyscirculatory, destructive and compensatory-adaptative processes develop. Imbalance of histoenzymatic processes develops at early stages of acute myocardial infarction influencing the mechanisms of compensation and reparation. Of importance is the complex of fibroplastic changes including the reaction of central veins, astral reticuloendotheliocytes mechanisms were formed in the liver and regional lymphatic nodes reflecting the degree of changes of reactivity of the body.
对32例广泛急性心肌梗死患者在梗死开始后的第3、7和14天研究了肝脏状态。结果表明,在急性心肌梗死时,肝脏同时出现循环障碍、破坏和代偿适应过程。急性心肌梗死早期组织酶过程失衡,影响代偿和修复机制。包括中央静脉反应、星状网状内皮细胞机制在内的纤维组织增生性变化复合体在肝脏和局部淋巴结中形成,反映了机体反应性变化的程度,这一点很重要。
