In a study on 30 patients suffering from arterio-venous leg ulcers, we found an increased blood level of 2,3biphosphoglycerate (10.33 mumol/ml; control group: 5.16 mumol/ml). This difference, which is statistically significant (p less than 0.001), shows that the blood oxygen pressure is lower both in the tissue of the leg ulcer (literary communication) and in the whole body.
在一项针对30名患有腿部动静脉溃疡患者的研究中，我们发现2,3-二磷酸甘油酸的血液水平升高（10.33微摩尔/毫升；对照组：5.16微摩尔/毫升）。这一差异具有统计学意义（p小于0.001），表明腿部溃疡组织（书面交流）和全身的血氧压力均较低。
