Abstract
Effect of various psychotropic preparations on cAMP phosphodiesterase was studied. Almost all the psychotropic drugs studied were shown to inhibit the enzymatic activity. Neuroleptics--derivatives of phenothiazine and butyrophene--caused the strongest inhibitory effect.

研究了各种精神药物对环磷酸腺苷磷酸二酯酶的作用。几乎所有所研究的精神药物都显示出抑制酶活性的作用。抗精神病药物——吩噻嗪和丁酰苯的衍生物——产生了最强的抑制作用。
