Abstract

This article presents a study on the comparative analysis of alkaloid components in cultured and planted Pinellia ternata by TLC and TLCS. It was found that their absorption spectra were identical and their chromatograms were very similar to each other. The content of total alkaloid was 0.48% (cultured) and 0.137% (planted). The relative contents of other components in percentage (cultured/planted) were 116.14, 34.47, 83.82, 93.12, 101.79, and 121.73% respectively.

本文介绍了一项通过薄层色谱法（TLC）和薄层扫描法（TLCS）对栽培和种植的半夏生物碱成分进行比较分析的研究。结果发现，它们的吸收光谱相同，色谱图彼此非常相似。总生物碱含量分别为0.48%（栽培）和0.137%（种植）。其他成分的相对含量（栽培/种植）百分比分别为116.14%、34.47%、83.82%、93.12%、101.79%和121.73%。
