[CT scanning in the diagnosis and treatment of intraorbital dermoid cyst].

39 cases of intraorbital dermoid cyst were examined by CT scanning with characteristic features of heterogeneity in the cystic content with areas of negative CT value, nonenhancement by contrast media, and excavation of the orbital walls. The precise localization of the tumor is conducive to the selection of a proper surgical approach.
