Abstract
The results of rest blood-equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography (RVG) and of coronary arteriography were reviewed together. In 12 angiographically proved CAD patients, Fourier analysis correctly diagnosed 11, with an accuracy of 83.33% in localization 9 patients with myocardial infarction showed "empty" area in phase images. The phase analysis in RVG was considered a sensitive and accurate method in evaluating patients of CAD.
摘要
对静息血平衡放射性核素心室造影（RVG）和冠状动脉造影的结果进行了综合回顾。在12例经血管造影证实为冠心病的患者中，傅里叶分析正确诊断出11例，定位准确率为83.33%。9例心肌梗死患者的相位图像显示有“空白”区域。RVG中的相位分析被认为是评估冠心病患者的一种敏感且准确的方法。
