Immunohistochemical localization of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and enzyme cytochemical staining for endogenous peroxidase (Px) activity were studied in rat uteri. Both enzymes were clearly detected in the endometrium of the uterus taken from proestrus to estrus during the estrous cycle. Based on our data, the biological significance of GST in endometrium was discussed.
在大鼠子宫中研究了谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)的免疫组织化学定位以及内源性过氧化物酶(Px)活性的酶细胞化学染色。在发情周期中,从发情前期到发情期的子宫子宫内膜中均能清晰检测到这两种酶。基于我们的数据,讨论了GST在子宫内膜中的生物学意义。
