Abstract

Making use of a whole-body stereotactic device under model conditions a human intervertebral disc and its herniations could be targeted and removed with a laser by photocoagulation. The applicable cannulae are 3 mm in diameter and of a 6 to 12 W output power. The required effect is reached within one minute. The situation is now prepared for the clinical introduction of the new technique of discectomy, which is still performed with chemicals or mechanically section and suction.

摘要

在模型条件下利用全身立体定向装置,可通过激光光凝靶向并切除人体椎间盘及其突出物。适用的套管直径为3毫米,输出功率为6至12瓦。在一分钟内即可达到所需效果。目前已为椎间盘切除术这项新技术的临床应用做好了准备,而椎间盘切除术目前仍通过化学或机械切割及抽吸方式进行。
