The paper describes results after trabeculectomy using 4 variants of conjunctival flap formation. The influence of the method of conjunctival flap formation on the formation of the filtration cushion as well as a hypotensive effect of the operation are analysed. The method was used in 80 patients (83 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma. It was found that a traditional method of conjunctival flap formation (with the basis to the limbus), as compared with the non-traditional ones (with the basis to the fornix and a radial one), creates better conditions for the formation of the optimal filtration cushion and provides a stable hypotensive effect of trabeculectomy (87.5%).
本文描述了使用4种结膜瓣形成变体进行小梁切除术后的结果。分析了结膜瓣形成方法对滤过垫形成的影响以及手术的降压效果。该方法应用于80例（83只眼）原发性开角型青光眼患者。结果发现，与非传统方法（以穹窿为基底和放射状）相比，传统的结膜瓣形成方法（以角膜缘为基底）为形成最佳滤过垫创造了更好的条件，并提供了稳定的小梁切除术降压效果（87.5%）。
