The association of primary biliary cirrhosis and a scleroderma of the CREST variation is called Reynold's syndrome. The case is presented of a 37 year old patient who appears with a digestive hemorrhage due to rupture of esophagel varices and who showed Raynaud phenomenon, sclerodactylia, positive anticentromere and antimitochondrial antibodies and a hepatic biopsy compatible with stage II of primary biliary cirrhosis.
原发性胆汁性肝硬化与CREST变异型硬皮病的关联被称为雷诺综合征。本文报告了一例37岁患者，该患者因食管静脉曲张破裂出现消化道出血，伴有雷诺现象、指端硬化、抗着丝点抗体和抗线粒体抗体阳性，肝脏活检结果符合原发性胆汁性肝硬化II期。
