Excessive production of adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) by oat cell carcinomas and carcinoid tumours of the lung has been well documented. Florid cases of Cushing's syndrome secondary to the excessive production of ACTH by the tumour are rare. In this article 2 cases of florid Cushing's syndrome associated with oat cell carcinoma are described.
燕麦细胞癌和肺类癌瘤过度分泌促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）已有充分文献记载。肿瘤过度分泌ACTH继发库欣综合征的典型病例较为罕见。本文描述了2例与燕麦细胞癌相关的典型库欣综合征病例。
