The case of a patient with an extensive vertical laceration of the right cheek involving Stensen's duct is reported. Treatment of parotid duct injuries varies with location and type of the injury. Immediate repair of the duct can prevent troublesome and lengthy treatment at a later date, whereas ineffective primary management may lead to complications and render treatment much more difficult.
报告了一例右脸颊广泛垂直撕裂伤累及腮腺导管的患者病例。腮腺导管损伤的治疗因损伤的部位和类型而异。立即修复导管可避免日后麻烦且漫长的治疗，而无效的初步处理可能导致并发症并使治疗更加困难。
