Abstract
A DNA fragment of bovine alpha S1-casein gene was obtained from bovine genomic library using bovine alpha S1-casein cDNA as a probe. Restriction endonuclease map and Southern blot analysis suggest that it contains the complete 5'-regulatory region of bovine alpha S1-casein gene.

以牛αS1-酪蛋白cDNA为探针，从牛基因组文库中获得了牛αS1-酪蛋白基因的一个DNA片段。限制性内切酶图谱和Southern印迹分析表明，它包含牛αS1-酪蛋白基因完整的5'-调控区。
