To develop a quantitative determination of Forsythia suspensa and to provide scientific basis for its quality control.
By HPLC, the separation was performed on a Zorebax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) at 25 degrees C using a isocratic elution of acetonitrile-water (containing 0.4% glacial acetic acid, 15:85). The detection wavelength was 330 nm.
The calibration curve showed a good linearity (r = 0.9998) within test range of 0.202-1.515 microg. And the average recovery was 98.54% with RSD 1.1%. The content range of forsythoside A in 11 batches of Forsythiae Fructus was 0.200%-1.681%.
The developed method is simple, accurate, specific, and with good repeatability. It is suitable for quality evaluation of Forsythiae Fructus.
建立连翘的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供科学依据。
采用高效液相色谱法,以Zorebax Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,在25℃下,以乙腈-水(含0.4%冰醋酸,15:85)等度洗脱,检测波长为330 nm。
在0.202 - 1.515μg的检测范围内,校准曲线线性关系良好(r = 0.9998)。平均回收率为98.54%,相对标准偏差为1.1%。11批连翘果实中连翘苷A的含量范围为0.200% - 1.681%。
所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,适用于连翘果实的质量评价。
