To study on the chemical constituents of Callicarpa kochiana.
The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis.
Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as alpha-amyrin(I), 2beta, 3beta, 19alpha-trihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid (II), oleanolic aicd (III), alpha-amyrin-3-0-beta-D-glucopyranoside (IV), ursolic acid (V), betulinic acid (VI), 2alpha, 3beta,23-trihydroxy-12-en-28-oic-0-beta-D-glucopyranoside (VII), 0-hydroxybenzoic acid (VI), pomolic acid (IX), myrianthic acid (X), beta-sitosterol (XI), dauricine (XII).
All of these compounds are isolated from Callicarpa kochiana for the first time and compounds II, IV, VII, VIII, IX and X are reported for the first time from Callicarpa genus.

采用色谱法分离化学成分,并通过光谱分析对其结构进行鉴定。
得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为α-香树脂醇(I)、2β,3β,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(II)、齐墩果酸(III)、α-香树脂醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(IV)、熊果酸(V)、桦木酸(VI)、2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸-0-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(VII)、邻羟基苯甲酸(VIII)、坡模酸(IX)、紫珠萜酸(X)、β-谷甾醇(XI)、蝙蝠葛碱(XII)。
所有这些化合物均首次从大叶紫珠中分离得到,其中化合物II、IV、VII、VIII、IX和X首次从紫珠属植物中报道。
