The effect of L-lysine HCl concentrations, pH, temperature and cultivation conditions on the synthesis of intracellular lysine decarboxylase (LDC) by Vibrio sp. was studied. The highest LDC activity was observed in a 4-hour culture grown at 30 degrees on a nutrient medium, pH 5.15 containing 0.9% L-lysine HCl as an inducer. Under these conditions the LDC activity of the bacterium was 8.43 U/mg dry cells.
研究了L-盐酸赖氨酸浓度、pH值、温度和培养条件对弧菌属合成细胞内赖氨酸脱羧酶(LDC)的影响。在以含0.9%L-盐酸赖氨酸作为诱导剂、pH为5.15的营养培养基上于30℃培养4小时的培养物中观察到最高的LDC活性。在这些条件下,该细菌的LDC活性为8.43 U/mg干细胞。
