Abstract

The title compound {systematic name: tetra-kis[4-(3-carb-oxy-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-4-hydroxonio-1,4-dihydro-7-quinol-yl)-1-meth-yl-piperazin-1-ium] di-μ(2)-chlorido-bis-[tetra-chlorido-bismuth-ate(III)] tetra-chloride octa-hydrate}, (C(17)H(22)FN(3)O(3))(4)[Bi(2)Cl(10)]Cl(4)·8H(2)O, is composed of edge-shared centrosymmetric dinuclear Bi(2)Cl(10) anions, Cl(-) anions, dihydrogen pefloxacinium cations and water mol-ecules. The Bi(III) coordination polyhedron is a distorted octa-hedron. There are four short terminal Bi-Cl bonds [2.5037 (10)-2.6911 (7) Å] and two longer bridging bonds [2.8834 (8) and 3.0687 (9) Å] in each octa-hedron. Two sets of chloride ions and water mol-ecules are disordered over the same sites with site occupancies of 1/3 and 2/3, respectively. Anions, cations and water mol-ecules are linked by O-H⋯O, O-H⋯Cl and N-H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional framework. There are also π-π stacking inter-actions between quinoline ring systems [centroid-centroid distance = 3.575 (1) Å].

标题化合物{系统名称:四[4-(3-羧基-1-乙基-6-氟-4-羟基-1,4-二氢-7-喹啉基)-1-甲基-哌嗪-1-鎓]二-μ(2)-氯代-双[四氯合铋(III)]四氯化物八水合物},(C₁₇H₂₂FN₃O₃)₄[Bi₂Cl₁₀]Cl₄·8H₂O,由边缘共享的中心对称双核[Bi₂Cl₁₀]⁴⁻阴离子、Cl⁻阴离子、二氢培氟沙星阳离子和水分子组成。Bi(III)配位多面体是一个扭曲的八面体。每个八面体中有四个短的端基Bi-Cl键[2.5037 (10)-2.6911 (7) Å]和两个较长的桥连键[2.8834 (8)和3.0687 (9) Å]。两组氯离子和水分子在相同位置无序排列,占位分别为1/3和2/3。阴离子、阳离子和水分子通过O-H⋯O、O-H⋯Cl和N-H⋯Cl氢键相连,形成三维框架。喹啉环系统之间也存在π-π堆积相互作用[质心-质心距离 = 3.575 (1) Å]。
