In a female patient aged 68 years an extensive basal cell carcinoma with a proliferating tumour in its central part was observed. In view of the age of the patient, the extent and location of the lesion, and refusal to undergo surgical treatment combined treatment was used, with radiotherapy (5900 R, 70-45 KV, 10 mA) and compresses of 5-fluorouracil. The tumour became flat and epithelialization developed.
在一名68岁女性患者中，观察到一个广泛的基底细胞癌，其中心部分有一个增殖性肿瘤。鉴于患者的年龄、病变范围和位置，以及患者拒绝接受手术治疗，采用了联合治疗，包括放射治疗（5900伦琴，70 - 45千伏，10毫安）和5-氟尿嘧啶湿敷。肿瘤变平并出现上皮化。
