The therapeutic results are presented in cases of basocellular epithelioma treated by three methods. The best and most radical results were obtained by the surgical method, followed in the order of effectiveness by radiotherapy (45-55 kV) in a total dose of 4500-6000 R. In case of contraindications to these methods local chemotherapy was applied which was associated with a high proportion of failures (28.6%).
本文介绍了采用三种方法治疗基底细胞上皮瘤的疗效。手术方法取得了最佳且最彻底的治疗效果，其次是放射疗法（45 - 55千伏），总剂量为4500 - 6000伦琴，按疗效排序。对于这些方法存在禁忌证的病例，则采用局部化疗，但失败率较高（28.6%）。
