Abstract

We present a 6-year-old immunocompetent child with disseminated cutaneous phaeohyphomycosis, affecting his face, arms, thighs, and chest. He was treated with oral itraconazole 100 mg once a day for 5 months and surgical excision of the residual lesions. Disseminated phaeohyphomycosis is very infrequent in immunocompetent children.

我们报告一名6岁免疫功能正常的儿童，患有播散性皮肤暗色丝孢霉病，累及面部、手臂、大腿和胸部。他接受了口服伊曲康唑治疗，每日100毫克，持续5个月，并对残留病变进行了手术切除。播散性暗色丝孢霉病在免疫功能正常的儿童中非常罕见。
