Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction during pregnancy or the postpartum period is rare. We report a case of a 40-year-old postpartum woman who developed ST-elevation myocardial infarction due to severe diffuse coronary vasospasm. To our knowledge, this is the first case of angiographically evidenced coronary vasospasm in a postpartum woman, in the absence of vasoconstrictive medications.

妊娠期间或产后发生急性心肌梗死较为罕见。我们报告一例40岁的产后女性，因严重弥漫性冠状动脉痉挛而发生ST段抬高型心肌梗死。据我们所知，这是首例在未使用血管收缩药物的情况下经血管造影证实冠状动脉痉挛的产后女性病例。
