Primary amyloidosis is usually a progressive disease involving many organs. The heart is frequently affected and almost 30 per cent of the patients have congestive heart failure. Cardiac arrhythmias are also common. We report a case of sudden cardiac death in a patient with primary amyloidosis.
原发性淀粉样变性通常是一种累及多个器官的进行性疾病。心脏经常受到影响，近30%的患者患有充血性心力衰竭。心律失常也很常见。我们报告一例原发性淀粉样变性患者心脏性猝死的病例。
