Three patients with metastatic squamous-cell penile cancer were treated with a combination of vincristine and bleomycin. None of the tumors responded to the drug combination. All of the tumors progressed during treatment. These preliminary results suggest that the combination of vincristine and bleomycin is not efficacious for metastatic squamous-cell cancer of the penis.
