Report of two cases of syphilitic uveitis which presented vasculitis, papillitis, cystoid macular edema and large disturbance of the pigment epithelium. The superior value of the FTA-Abs test and of the cerebrospinal fluid analysis in the diagnosis of the disease is discussed. Treatment with high doses of Penicillin G for 10 to 15 days is recommended.
报告两例梅毒葡萄膜炎病例，表现为血管炎、视乳头炎、黄斑囊样水肿及色素上皮严重紊乱。讨论了梅毒螺旋体血细胞凝集试验（FTA-Abs试验）和脑脊液分析在该病诊断中的重要价值。推荐大剂量青霉素G治疗10至15天。
