Pollinosis due to pollens of insect-pollinated ornamental plants is only acquired under special work specific conditions of exposure, first of all in manual pollination for seed production and in cultivation of new sorts. In a big plant nursery and in hobby gardeners we found 8 cases of pollinosis to cyclamens, 3 to begonia, 1 to gloriosa rothschildiana and 1 to several kinds of lilies. The confirmation as occupational disease and a successful prevention of relapses require a change of the work place. Hyposensitization may be tried. For a primary prevention recommendations are made.
由虫媒授粉观赏植物花粉引起的花粉症仅在特定的工作暴露条件下才会发生，首先是在种子生产的人工授粉以及新品种培育过程中。在一个大型植物苗圃和业余园艺爱好者中，我们发现了8例仙客来花粉症病例、3例秋海棠花粉症病例、1例嘉兰花粉症病例以及1例多种百合花粉症病例。要确诊为职业病并成功预防复发，需要更换工作场所。可以尝试进行脱敏治疗。同时给出了一级预防的建议。
