Adrenocortical oncocytic cells tumor are rare. We report on a case. To our knowledge, 34 cases have been described to date. These tumors were asymptomatic and non-secreting. Diagnosis was made on histologic exam. Oncocytic cells were marked by the increased number of hypertrophied mitochondria. The etiology remained unknown. The prognosis was good despite the fact that three cases were considered as carcinomas and 10 others considered as tumors of uncertain malignant potential. All tumors were cured by surgery. Management and follow-up were established upon prognosis.
